Please be aware that you can fully prepare stuffed artichokes a few days in advance and just cook them the day of your meal.
You only need to cook them for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. If you plan on cooking artichokes that your prepared in advance you have to wrap them in aluminum foil to prevent them from drying out.
