24 Medium White Mushrooms (6-8 per 10 oz. package) |
2 LB Broccoli (With Stems) |
1/4 Cup Feta Cheese |
1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs (Italian Seasoned) |
1 LB Bacon |
Special Notes:
1. Make sure you clean your mushrooms thoroughly. Make sure you remove all the gills. (pores)
2. Make sure you mash up broccoli completely. (No chunks or large pieces.)
You can substitute pork bacon for turkey bacon.
You can also substitute Feta Cheese for Romano Cheese.
Serving size is 3 mushrooms per person for medium size.
If you use large (palm sized mushrooms) only 1 per person.
