14 1/2 ounce Petite Diced Tomatoes (14.5 Can)
1 ounce Diced Garlic
1/2 Teaspoon Cilantro
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 cup Dry Red Wine
1 pound Shrimp (Medium 41/50)

Shrimp with Diced Tomatoes Directions

  1. Heat diced tomatoes, red wine, garlic, cilantro, and black pepper in a deep pan.
  2. Bring it to a boil, than turn heat down low let simmer for 20 minutes AFTER you brought to boil.
  3. After cooking for the additional 20 minutes add in shrimp. Cook for 6 minutes more.
  4. If you use small shrimp you only need to cook for an additional 3-4 minutes. Anymore and you will over cook the shrimp.

Recipe notes

This recipe goes good with couscous or white rice.
